As part of their French studies, Grades 7 and 8 went to Clermont-Ferrand to visit the international exhibition “Rendez-vous du carnet de voyage”. This yearly event hosts “carnettistes”, writers and illustrators who present sketchbooks, art and travel journals documenting their own travels. The Maths Club have been having a lot of fun assembling a Christmas challenge for the entire school. A new maths question is given every morning. At break time, winners with correct answers are randomly picked and prizes are given. Come and join in the fun!

On Thursday, October 17th, during the “Semaine du Goût,” a French event that promotes tasting food and encourages balance, courage, and open-mindedness, some parents from Grades 3, 4, and 3/4 volunteered. They responded to an invitation to prepare a signature dish from their culture and to present it, allowing all Grade 3 and 4 students (and the French teachers, too!)
