On Wednesday, SK, Primary and Middle school classes attended a Medieval music concert performed by the ensemble Xeremia. The show depicted the imaginary encounter between a musician from the Lyon Opera Orchestra and a Medieval troubadour. Through a humouristic storyline, questioning and demonstrations, students discovered authentic period instruments, sounds and playing techniques. A most valuable experience in tracing the evolution of inventions, instruments and construction methods through history!
