As part of their unit of inquiry on beliefs and values, the Grade 3 students investigated which values were important to them when learning and participating in music ensemble activities. This was further explored by forming a class choir and learning the song ‘These Are the Values of Life’, which they presented at their assembly.
Grade 4 and 3/4 students also explored the same theme in the song ‘These Are the Things That Count’, taking on the challenge of two-part harmony singing.
Mr. Johnson and Mrs. Pattinson even had improvisational roles in the assembly. It was quite the spectacle!
