After many weeks of sewing by hand, the Sewing Bee Enrichment Club finally had the opportunity to use the electric sewing machine! We started by having a quick lesson on naming the parts of the machine; we looked at the various stitch options; we learned how to thread it and then we got busy sewing! We all managed to sew forwards (and backwards!)
