Some of the Grade 3 and 4 students from the Sewing Bee Enrichment Club show off the teddy bears that they have made over the past few weeks. The bears were stitched together using a ‘blanket’ stitch – a stitch used to reinforce the edge of thick materials which worked perfectly to sew around the furry fabric the students chose for their bears.
